TRAVEL SEASON

THE TRAVEL SEASON IS BEGINNING WHEN TOURIST FLOCK WASHINGTON, DC AND THE KIDS ARE ON SPRING BREAK SOON TO BE OUT FOR THE SUMMER. WE LOOK FOR SOMEWHERE FAR TO GO OR FAR ENOUGH PLACES THAT DON'T BREAK THE BANK DURING THESE ECONOMIC TIMES. PEOPLE ARE STILL TAKING CRUISES BECAUSE YOU CAN MAKE A DEPOSIT AND TAKE MONTHS TO PAY FOR YOUR TRIP. THE PORT OF BALTIMORE NOW HAS YEAR ROUND CRUISING WITHOUT THE ADDED EXPENSE OF AIRFARE. TAKING A MEDITERRANEAN CRUISE IS MORE COST EFFECTIVE THAN FLYING TO EUROPE AND SPENDING MONEY ON HOTEL COST, AND FOOD AND TRANSPORTATION. SO WHETHER YOU WILL BE TRAVELING NEAR OR FAR THERE ARE MANY OPTIONS TAILOR MADE JUST FOR YOU AND YOUR ECONOMIC EXPENSES.

BEACH SEASON

Once again the summer my favorite season be upon us. It's when I love to travel with my family and spend some time away. Eventhough lately i've been going to beaches close to home. My favorite beaches that I can't wait to get back to (one day soon I hope)The Seven Mile Beach in the Cayman Island, and Nassaau Bahamas.

STRIPPED UMBRELLA

GREECE

A cruise to the Mediterranean embodies the history and culture of the entire Western World. So why not capture the beauty by being there yourself. Europe's greatest cities and finest resort areas are found along the sun-baked coastlines of Spain, France and Italy especially the Greek Islands.

Eastern Mediterranean cruises focuses on Italy, Greece, Turkey and cities along the Adriatic. These itineraries typically depart from or return to Rome, Venice and Athens.

The Greek Islands is a beautiful seaside city with charming white-washed villiages on the islands of santorini and Mykonos.

Since the Mediterranean offers favorable weather, it's possible to find cruises there at any time of the year; however, most departures will sail between May and October. It gets quite hot in the middle of summer. Mediterranean itineraries can range from 7-14 nights. Air departures in the U.S. usually leave late in the afternoon and fly overnight to arrive in Europe early the following morning which adds an additional day to your trip.

Major cruise lines offering cruises to Mediterranean ports include Holland American Line, Princess Cruises, Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises, Orient Line, Radisson Seven Seas, Oceania Cruises, Seabourn, Cunard Line, Silversea, Costa Cruises and Windstar.
